Where Bonus Funds have been credited to your account, any applicable wagering requirements must be met before those funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirements applicable to each promotion are set out in the individual promotion terms and conditions.

Odds are subject to change at any time up until the bet is confirmed. If the odds change between the time you select a market and the time your bet is confirmed, the system will notify you of the revised odds, and you may choose to accept or decline at the new price.
If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum scheduled play has been completed, bet9ja reserves the right to void all related bets and return stakes to players' accounts. The specific conditions under which cricket, PSL, UFC, and other events are voided are governed by bet9ja's individual sport rules, accessible within the platform's Help section.
Bets will be settled based on the official result declared by the relevant sporting body or event organiser. In the event of a dispute regarding the official result, bet9ja's decision, based on available information at the time of settlement, shall be final.
Maximum individual bet winnings limits apply per sport, per event type, and per bet type. These limits are detailed within bet9ja's sports betting rules. Bets that would generate winnings exceeding the applicable maximum may be accepted but will have winnings capped at the stated maximum.
